Thank you for choosing to journey with me. This work is sacred, and I hold each booking with care and intention. As a small business, I value your time as deeply as I value my own — and when sessions are cancelled at the last moment, it prevents others who may be in need from receiving the support they seek.

I do understand that life can be unpredictable, and from time to time things come up. With this in mind, I ask for honouring of the following:

1:1 Sessions

• Cancelling 24+ hours before your session: no charge.
• Cancelling within 12–24 hours: 50% of session fee is due.
• Cancelling on the day of your appointment (or not attending): full session fee is due.

Workshops & Retreats

• Deposits are non-refundable (this secures your place and allows planning for venues, catering, and resources).
• Balance payments are transferable to another person if you are unable to attend, but not refundable.

Compassion & Respect

I hold space with understanding, knowing that sometimes life shifts unexpectedly. In return, I ask for the same respect of my time, energy, and livelihood. Each session is more than a booking — it is an opening for healing.
