I’m excited to be bringing you ‘Harmonise the breath’. The name says it all -Bringing Harmony back into your being by using different breath work techniques which supports the Mind, Body, Spirit.
Breathwork: helps with Releasing Trauma, Pain, Anxiety, Depression, Stress & toxins stuck in the body & helps to promote Heart connection, relaxation, better sleep, better energy to name a few.
