Let me paint a little picture here for you….

Ok so lets break it down to what it actually is:

It’s a sauna (I know duh right) but instead of using water on hot rocks to create steam to heat everything up, it uses Infrared panels that directly heat up your body, not just the air outside of it. This means that your body itself heats up & you sweat faster without having to six in a super hot box for hours.

Why Infrared?

For 1 thing, it’s easier for the user. Have you ever been sitting in a sauna & had to get up to add more water to the stones so it keeps steaming for you? It’s super inconvienient & ruins any mediative state you totally had going on. There is none of that with the Infrared Sauna, we set it for you & you just get out when the timer goes off. Super simple.

2nd – you need to sit in that SUPER hot humid chamber for ages to get the same benefits & it can get extremely uncomfortable. In fact you may not be able to stay in a regular sauna that long at all with the extreme heat. The Infrared Sauna doesn’t get up to the same temperature because it uses approx 80% to heat your body directly & only 20% to heat up the air (according to manufactures). This means that you’re more comfortable sitting in the Infrared sauna & your body gets heated up quicker meaning it’s more effective.

There’s also evidence that shows that because the infrared is targeting & heating up your body itself the heat can actually penetrate deeper than the traditional style of sauna, so you sweat more but at a lower temperature.
